2. Have student contract signed by parent/guardian.
3. Have lab safety guidelines signed by parent/guardian.
4. Submit Student Information Form.
5. Submit Individual Goals & Action Plan.
6. Submit Lab Safety Agreement.

Assignments 1-3 are due Wednesday, February 3.

Assignemts 4-6 are due by Friday, February 5.

Return of signed student contracts and lab safety guidelines will count as one quiz grade each.

• Wednesday 2/3 = 100%
• Thursday 2/4 = 65%
• Friday 2/5 or later = 0%
